Edgar Torres is someone we hold near and dear to us. He started off as a waiter in Paso Robles in 2007. Him and his wife became friends with winemakers and wineowners until he finally decided to take the dive himself and enter the world of wine full time. They focus on Spanish varietals since he is from Mexico and his parents are from Cambria. He is considered Paso Robles first Mexican American winemaker.
