This Grand Cru out of Saint Emilion is sourced from a tiny parcel tended by Catherine Grebault. Catherine is the mother of one of Paris most esteemed chefs Betrand Grebault, creator of Septime. This vintage was a joint effort between the two of them.

The vines are tended to all organically. A very fresh and happy expression of Bordeaux!
