COS Pithos Bianco Sicily

COS is on the most southern side of Sicily and makes some truly sought after reds and whites. Founded in 1980 by Giambattista Cilia, Cirino Strano and Giusto Occhipinti - they decided to name the winery after their last initials. The winery itself dates back to the 1880's and they have worked hard to preserve the culture surrounding it.

Everything is farmed organically and biodynamically. This 100% Grecanico skin contact / orange wine is aged 7 months in clay amphora making it truly unique and exceptional treat.
